Community building requires community healing. And what does that look like?

Everybody is waiting for the movement to happen ! And we dont realize we are the movement. Its me and you coming together and having some honest and maybe painful truthtelling between us. But there is probably some beautiful thing we will create together as a result. I want to speak to each person in my community.Let's get the party going.

If you have been asking ,"How do I begin to heal myself and my people?" This is the class you have been waiting for!
From our indigenous and tribal roots, we were once respected for being "different". Gifted is what we truly are underneath all our Hurt. Reclaim your rightful place. This is a class for the healer-artist-community builder.
Liberation Movements have always began as an act of love. Anything connected to love always come from something sacred and divine.Somehow we lose our way. Our movements have been co-opted and become largely intellectual or saturated with religious dogma that we no longer remember our connection to community, our spirituality or that we are part of something bigger.
This is a refresher course to help you remember authentically your significance and brillance.
In order to build community we have to learn how to help heal community as we build it. We can start this process by listening to our own body, mind and spirit.
Come create/re-create and discover/re-discover information to get started on your way to the spiritual, physical, and mental well being of all of us.
A variety of healing modalities will be explored, experienced and discussed. Wear loose clothing, we will do some breathwork, movement etc.
Less talk, more action!You will leave the class with information you can use for you and your loved ones.
What good is spirituality if you cant see it working?
Lets heal ourselves and each other.

- I am a healer and activist. I am Xicana and into my raza. I am interested in all kinds of liberation work and healing as we build community. We need safe places to heal. I want to know who are the truth tellers and brave hearts. I want to be with people who can firewalk with me.I want people who will challenge me and my thinking. Even if I have a small group of people we can make a lot happen. We dont need to be unified lion, ten million mice can do a lot of damage.
